Mobius successfully finished their $35 million presales on Tuesday.
The data platform announced to have exceeded their projected sales by $10 million. It plans to grow its platform to facilitate micro-payments based on smart contracts.
In a press release, the company reported over 32 000 participants registering for the MOBI token presale.
The turn-key software developer will launch their ICO on Jan. 18, with the company hoping to sell 7.5 million tokens.
Mobius will have a 25 000 token limit to their buyers to maintain decentralization. Furthermore, the buyers will only be allowed to buy the tokens using XLM.
“The token sale will meet our vision to connect the internet and billions of devices and people all over the globe,” said David Gobaud, Mobius’ chief executive.
According to their website, Mobius system will make real-time micropayments between machines. If one of the machines breaks down, a computer will bid for a replacement part and organize delivery.
